In 1918, Prior Scientific was established as a manufacturer of high quality yet affordable microscope systems. Today, over 80 years later, this tradition continues with a wide range of stereo, laboratory, metallurgical, and polarizing microscopes. Prior also offers laser autofocus systems and a variety of fiber optic inspection instrumentation. Prior Scientific fully supports this product range with an extensive line of accessories including automatic point counters, illumination systems and microscope components.
In recent years a series of innovative product developments have led to an outstanding range of programmable motorized stages. The ProScan™ and OptiScan™, and ErgoScan™ stage systems offer flexibility for virtually any user application and budget.
