Judith de Forrest Wilson, CEO
Mrs. Judith de Forrest Wilson, responsible for directing all strategic
and operational activities of AMS Technologies within the five technology
divisions in Europe. Prior to joining AMS Technologies in 1998, Judith
de Forrest Wilson worked at Nortel Optoelectronics Germany since 1993
as a Sales Manager and was responsible for establishing Nortel in
the South German market. |

Dr. Alberto Segreto,
General Manager AMS Technologies S.r.l. Italy and Spain
Dr. Eng. Alberto Segreto worked in Souriau Italiana S.r.l. (today
part of Framatome Connectors International) until 1991. He left the
Company as Fiber Optic Manager and joined Unifibre S.r.l. starting
as Components Technical Manager. Since 1997, he has been the Unifibre's
Commercial Director. Since May 2000 he is responsible for the operational
activities of AMS Technologies Italy and received in July 2001 also
the direction of the newly opened office in Barcelona, Spain. |

Alexander Ruhl, CFO
Diplom-Kaufmann, Universität Bamberg
Alexander Ruhl joined AMS Technologies in November of 2001. He is
directly responsible for accounting, controlling, planning and reporting
of the five European AMS subsidiaries. Alexander gained extensive
industry experience while he worked in various controlling and finance
positions at Otto Nussbaum GmbH & Co KG. Prior to joining AMS,
Alexander held the position of a head of accounting at eLabsEurope
AG where he was responsible for personnel, law and finance. In addition,
he provided strategic and financial consultation to the AMS Technologies
Group. |
